May/June 2004:
David Del Zotto is featured builder and cover story in Capital Region Building Magazine
"Every so often a sales blurb for a 'used' home will identify its builder. It implies to the prospective buyer . . . that the house has desirable, superior qualities and characteristics unique to its builder. It takes many years of sustained building excellence before a builder's name and a hyphen precede the words 'built home.' . . . [When a home built by Del Zotto and Son goes] on sale it is almost certain that the name of its builder will be one of its selling points. This holds true whether the home was built by Lino Del Zotto, the pairing of Lino and his son David, or by David alone."
